Who we are

AI Launch, LLC (“AI Launch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at goailaunch.com and provides the AI Launch platform, which helps businesses run marketing and growth operations across advertising on Meta and Google, hosted landing pages, and lead follow-up by phone and text.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices available to you. It applies to our website and to the AI Launch platform. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our website or services.

Information we collect

Information you give us

If you create an account or contact us, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, company name, and the contents of your messages. If you become a customer, we also collect account and billing details needed to provide the service.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, our hosting and content delivery providers automatically record standard technical information, including your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, referring page, the pages you view, and the date and time of your request. This information is used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site.

Information from connected accounts

If you connect a third-party account to the AI Launch platform — such as a Google Ads account — we access data from that account in order to provide the features you have asked for. See Google user data below for details specific to Google.

Google user data

The AI Launch platform integrates with Google APIs, including the Google Ads API. When you choose to connect a Google account, you are shown a Google consent screen listing the specific permissions being requested, and the connection is only established after you grant them.

What we access

With your authorization, we access advertising data from the Google accounts you connect. Depending on the permissions you grant, this may include account and campaign structure, ad groups, ads and creative assets, keywords and audiences, budgets and bidding settings, conversion and performance metrics, and related reporting data.

How we use it

We use Google user data solely to provide and improve the features you have requested — for example, reporting on campaign performance, surfacing recommendations, and making changes to campaigns that you or your configured automations have authorized. We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes of our own, and we do not sell it.

Lead conversion measurement

When a customer enables Google Ads attribution, we process information collected through its lead forms and send conversion events to Google through the Data Manager API to attribute leads to ads and measure campaign performance.

These events may include Google click identifiers, conversion times and event identifiers, hashed email addresses or phone numbers, and available IP addresses and browser information. Email addresses and phone numbers are normalized and hashed before upload. We send these events to the Google Ads account and conversion action configured by the customer for its advertising measurement.

How we store and protect it

Google user data is stored on infrastructure operated by our cloud providers, encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted to authorized personnel and systems that need it to operate the service.

How we share it

We do not sell Google user data and do not share it with third parties except with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, when you direct us to, or where required by law. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties for advertising, credit assessment, or lending purposes, and we do not use it to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

How to revoke access

You may disconnect a Google account from within the AI Launch platform at any time, or revoke our access directly from your Google Account permissions page. On revocation we stop accessing new data from that account, and we delete stored Google user data associated with it in accordance with the retention practices described below.

Limited Use commitment. AI Launch’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • provide, operate, maintain, and improve our website and the AI Launch platform;
  • create and administer accounts and authenticate users;
  • deliver the features and automations you configure;
  • respond to your enquiries and provide customer support;
  • send service and administrative communications;
  • monitor for and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
  • measure and improve the performance of our own marketing; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

Legal bases for processing

Where the General Data Protection Regulation or similar law applies, we process personal data on the basis of: performance of a contract with you; our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving our services; your consent, where we ask for it; and compliance with legal obligations. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only as follows:

  • Service providers. Vendors who process data on our behalf under contract, including cloud hosting and infrastructure, email delivery, customer relationship management, scheduling, and analytics providers.
  • At your direction. Where you ask us to connect or transmit data to a third-party platform.
  • Legal and safety. Where required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AI Launch, our customers, or others.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy continuing to apply.

Cookies and similar technologies

We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site function.

Advertising and remarketing

We advertise our own services online and may use remarketing and similar audience features. Third-party vendors, including Google, may show our ads on sites across the internet, and these vendors use cookies and device identifiers based on a user’s prior visits to our website to serve those ads.

You can opt out of this kind of advertising:

  • through Google Ads Settings for Google’s use of cookies; and
  • through the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page for participating third-party vendors.

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting, security, and dispute resolution needs. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or render it no longer attributable to you.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to request correction or deletion, to object to or restrict certain processing, to request a portable copy, and to withdraw consent. Residents of California and other US states with comprehensive privacy laws may also have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information — we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by those laws.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@goailaunch.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them, and we may need to verify your identity before we act on a request.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and least-privilege practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International transfers

We operate from the United States and our providers may process information in the United States and elsewhere. Where we transfer personal data from a jurisdiction that restricts such transfers, we rely on an appropriate legal transfer mechanism.

Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will provide a more prominent notice. Continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
